Tanyai is a service of Quicdata Solution Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). It lets organizations build AI chatbots ("assistants") from their own documents and tools and put them on their websites. These terms apply to everyone who uses Tanyai: the people who build assistants ("owners") and the people who chat with them ("visitors").
AI can make mistakes
Answers are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when they sound confident. Check anything important (prices, dates, legal, medical or financial matters) with the business that runs the assistant before you rely on it. An answer is not professional advice.
Third-party AI providers
Tanyai does not run its own AI models. Messages, and the parts of an owner's documents needed to answer them, are sent to third-party AI providers to be processed. Some providers may keep this data or use it to improve their own models. Our Privacy Policy lists the providers and what each one says it does with the data.
Do not share sensitive information
Do not type passwords, card or bank numbers, identity card or passport numbers, health information, or other personal or confidential details into a chat. Owners should not upload documents containing such details to an assistant's knowledge base.
Owners
- You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the content your assistant produces. You give us permission to store and process them to run your assistant.
- You are responsible for what your assistant says to your visitors, for having the right to use the documents you upload, and for telling your visitors how their data is handled.
- You choose the AI models your assistant uses. When you connect your own tools (MCP servers), data your visitors share may be sent to those tools too.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tanyai to break the law, to harm or deceive people, to collect personal data without consent, to send spam, or to try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability
Tanyai is offered as is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on AI answers or from the service being unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use Tanyai after a change means you accept it.
